  Avoid if you care about your animals.
  
  Used to use the day care service and dog developed severe anxiety when getting dropped off and behavioural problems. Went away when I quit taking her here.
  
  Your dogs are left in an unheated concrete enclosure and an underpaid teenage attendant will take care of 50 dogs at once. This is horrific for their knees and will result in early onset arthritis.
  
  The staff are rude, incompetent and insincere, all of the good staff left due to the incompetency of the owners. Speaking with ex staff has provided further proof of this.
  
  If patrons knew how their pets were treated behind the scenes this place would be out of business tomorrow.
  
  Avoid like your life depends on it

  Hanrob is amazing. The staff are animal lovers and very skilled at what they do. I would highly recommend using them for daycare, long-term boarding or grooming. Thanks Hanrob staff for taking such beautiful care of my dog Abby, we really appreciate it.

  Lucky to even get a 1. Had our boy in for 1 week, after he had spent 1 day prior so they got use to him and him them. I emailed my concerns directly to them, after 1month I have heard nothing from them to discuss my concerns. So I write here to share my concerns, for a so called professional group they can not tell a 5yr old male dog from a
  female. He was discharged with kennel cough, which our vet said he had had for at least 2 days. No notice given to us at all. So be warned.

  Past employee of Hanrob Canberra and would not recommend this place to work or leave your pets.
  Boarding facility is horrible for Canberra with concrete floors and no heating unless you are willing to pay more for a suite. Over holidays it’s overbooked and most extra activities (like walks and extra play time) don’t get done due to time. I boarded my own dogs and my older dog was returned soaked of his own pee and that’s how they treated staff dogs.
  Daycare facilities are just as bad with concrete floors. Dogs only get 1-2 hours outside a day and the rest inside.
  Work environment is toxic and staff are treated as replaceable. I gave 3 weeks notice of my leave and was treated badly for wanting to leave.

  Absolutely amazing!!
  
  I had my 11 month old male German shepherd who was extremely shy and nervous. I was very impressed from the first phone call where they asked a lot of questions about Atlas and what he was and wasn't scared of and his experiences. They recommended a 3 seek stay and board.
  
  During his stay they gave updates about how he was progressing and their training progress. Our main goal was helping him in new situations.
  
  He has just got home and the proof is in the results, their staff know their stuff! They took amazing care of my boy and have made so much progress. Not only in confidence but crate training and other commands.
  
  I am going to follow up with obedience classes with the team (mostly so I am doing the right things). Will use again and highly recommend. One very happy puppy and owner ❤️
